Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales role located in Dubai. The Telesales representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers through calls to promote and sell Smart Sense products, including lighting and electrical supplies. The role includes providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, handling customer concerns, and supporting them in making informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, the representative will meet sales targets, follow up on leads, and provide necessary product training or demonstrations when required.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members. Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets in a dynamic environment. Willingness and ability to provide training and guidance to educate customers on products and services. Proficient in multitasking, time management, and handling high-pressure situations. Previous experience in the lighting or electrical supply industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
