Manage mechanical maintenance for equipment and systems at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP), ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities Execute and oversee mechanical maintenance per Conduct of Maintenance (CoM) standards. Develop, review, and update maintenance procedures, programs, and work instructions. Support troubleshooting, testing, and improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance. Manage contractors and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Support outages, emergency response, audits, and inspections (QA, FANR, WANO, INPO, IAEA). Maintain PM Program and Operations Management System (OMS) data. Promote continuous improvement, safety, and adherence to corporate standards.
Qualifications Diploma or equivalent.7+ years relevant experience (including power plant and nuclear experience). Strong mechanical, supervisory, and nuclear maintenance knowledge. Familiarity with nuclear plant design, license requirements, and regulatory compliance.
