About WYLEWYLE (We’re Your Local Everything) is a Dubai-based technology company building a multi-vertical consumer platform spanning mobility, food delivery, quick commerce, and intelligent services. We are not building visuals for fun. We are building systems, products, and brands that will be used daily, at scale. This role exists to support real execution, not experimentation without outcomes.
The Role This internship is structured as a hands-on apprenticeship and a pathway to a full-time design role. You’ll work on live brand and product assets used across public platforms. The focus is on execution, consistency, and speed, with clear briefs and feedback. Strong performance during the internship can lead to a full-time offer.
What you'll work on Brand design and visual systems Graphic design for social media, website, presentations, and internal assets Motion graphics for short videos, reels, explainers, UI micro-interactions Adapting and extending brand guidelines across formats Iterating quickly based on feedback and evolving requirements
What we're looking for2–3 years of real design experience (agency, startup, or freelance) Strong understanding of brand systems and consistency Ability to follow briefs clearly and deliver reliably A sense of ownership and accountability A portfolio is required for review.
Tools & Skillset You should be comfortable working with:Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Motion tools such as After Effects or equivalent Canva can be part of your workflow, but this role requires comfort beyond Canva. You’re also expected to be up-to-date with AI tools relevant to design, and able to use them thoughtfully to improve speed and output quality.
Compensation This is a paid 2-month internship with a performance-based stipend. The exact stipend will be determined by skill level, output quality, and consistency during the internship period. High performers will be offered a full-time role post internship, with a salary range of AED 5,000–7,000, based on experience and performance.
