We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee repair and maintenance projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will manage technical teams, supervise daily operations, and act as the primary representative of the company in front of clients. Strong leadership skills and fluency in Russian, Arabic, and English are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage repair and maintenance projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Coordinate with subcontractors, Lead, manage, and supervise technical teams, including technicians. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work is completed according to company standards and safety regulations Act as the main point of contact with clients, representing the company professionally at all times Communicate project progress, timelines, and issues to clients in Russian, Arabic, and English as required Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications Resolve operational issues, client concerns, and team-related challenges efficiently Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation related to project execution Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure availability of materials and resources Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and health & safety regulations Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in a repair, maintenance, construction, or facilities management environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Fluency in Russian, Arabic, and English Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Knowledge of repair and maintenance operations, tools, and safety standards Proficiency in basic computer applications and project management tools Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field Project management certification (PMP or similar) is an advantage Valid driving license What We Offer Competitive salary package Professional and collaborative working environment Opportunities for career growth and development
