Key Responsibilities:
Property Listings & Sales:⦁ Actively market and sell residential and commercial properties throughout Dubai⦁ Manage and update property listings on various platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility⦁ Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective buyers or tenants. Client Relationship Management:⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions⦁ Advise clients on the Dubai property market, investment opportunities, pricing trends, and regulations Negotiations & Transactions:⦁ Negotiate offers and prices on behalf of buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for all parties⦁ Assist clients with the preparation of contracts, documents, and legal requirements for property transactions. Market Research & Networking:⦁ Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market⦁ Attend networking events and conferences to enhance business opportunities and client outreach
