Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Barista based in Dubai, with some flexibility to work from home. The Junior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, managing inventory, and addressing customer inquiries professionally to ensure a pleasant coffee experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Strong Barista skills and proficiency in preparing coffee and other beverages Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to ensure guest satisfaction Effective Communication skills for positive team interaction and customer engagement Basic knowledge and experience in Food Preparation Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous Flexibility to work both on-site and from home, as required
