Role Description This full-time on-site Legal Specialist role is based in Dubai. The Legal Specialist will handle and prepare legal documentation, provide legal consultations, and address complex legal issues relevant to the organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing sound legal advice, and maintaining clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, Legal Consulting, and handling Legal Issues Experience in Energy and Oil and Gas industry is preferred Proficient in Legal Document Preparation and ensuring compliance with regulations Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Law (or equivalent) with demonstrated experience in a legal capacity Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage workload effectively Knowledge of UAE-specific laws and regulations is an advantage
