Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, located in the United Arab Emirates. The Personal Assistant will oversee daily administrative and organizational support for executives, including diary management, scheduling, and managing communication. Responsibilities also include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, preparing documents, and assisting with clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks Strong skills in Communication and Diary Management Experience with Clerical Skills and organizational support Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
The candidates must be able to travel internationally to US and Canada and ideally with background in health and wellness.
