Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads for property listings and sales. Identify motivated sellers and serious buyers within the UAE market. Conduct basic market research to validate lead quality. Maintain a steady and strong pipeline of potential clients. Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Track and report lead performance and conversions. Build and nurture relationships within your own network to source new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist in the UAE real estate market. Strong understanding of Dubai property trends, buyer behaviour, and seller motivations. Preferably under your own or sponsored visa. Ability to work independently, has teamwork spirit, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
