We're currently seeking Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
Your Role:As a Secondary Market Property Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for secondary market properties, from sourcing listings to closing deals with end-users.
🔑 Responsibilities:-List and manage resale properties across Dubai-Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords-Conduct property viewings and negotiations-Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies-Manage CRM updates and client follow-ups

✅ Requirements:✔ Proven experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market (Minimum 6 months)✔ Strong ability to source listings and close deals independently✔ Excellent negotiation and communication skills✔ Familiarity with all Dubai freehold communities✔ Familiarity with listings portals✔ Fluent in English (extra languages like Russian, Italian, Spanish, etc., are a plus)✔ Driving license and own car are a bonus
