Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager (Sales & Operations) to lead the overall business performance and operational execution of our real estate brokerage. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, building high-performing teams, and ensuring full compliance with UAE real estate regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with operational excellence to scale the company effectively. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership & Company Management Lead the overall management of the brokerage, ensuring alignment between sales performance and operational execution. Work closely with the Chairman and Managing Director to define strategic priorities, reporting structures, and growth objectives. Establish company-wide policies, workflows, and operational governance. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Oversee all sales activities across off-plan and secondary markets, ensuring consistent revenue generation. Implement strong sales structures, lead distribution systems, and performance-driven culture. Monitor pipelines, closing ratios, and team productivity to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Team Building & Performance Management Identify staffing requirements across sales, marketing, operations, and support functions. Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams with clear KPIs and accountability frameworks. Establish performance evaluation and incentive structures to drive results. Marketing & Business Development Support Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign performance. Support CRM implementation, sales automation, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Reporting & Strategic Execution Provide weekly and monthly business performance reports to senior management. Identify operational improvements, cost optimization opportunities, and scalable growth initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 6–12 years of leadership experience in real estate brokerage or property development. Proven track record in managing both sales and operations at a senior level. Strong understanding of UAE real estate frameworks (DLD, RERA, Trakheesi). Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
