Role Description
We are seeking a NEBOSH & IOSH Trainer for a full-time role based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The individual will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions, preparing and managing training materials, and ensuring all content aligns with NEBOSH and IOSH standards. Duties also include evaluating trainees’ performance, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated on the latest health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in delivering NEBOSH and IOSH training courses, including excellent presentation and instructional skills Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and industry best practices Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate participants Experience in preparing training materials tailored to diverse audiences Certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant health and safety credentials Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to ensure effective implementation of training programs Proven ability to assess attendee performance and provide constructive feedback Fluent in English; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an advantage Minimum 2 years of prior experience in conducting similar training
