About the role
The Business Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing functional and technical documentation supporting the enterprise HRMS implementation. The role ensures system designs, business requirements, operating procedures, and knowledge assets are accurate, structured, and audit-ready, working closely with HR stakeholders, HRMS product owners, and implementation partners, the role supports requirements clarification, and post–go-live stabilization while ensuring alignment with business needs and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities Documentation & Solution Design Develop, maintain, and govern HRMS High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation. Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), solution design documents, and requirements traceability matrices. Document end-to-end HRMS processes covering Core HR, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Performance Management. Document system workflows, approval hierarchies, business rules, validations, integrations, and automation logic. Process & Operational Documentation Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR operations and IT support teams. Maintain documentation governance, version control, and centralized repositories in accordance with IMS and organizational standards. Prepare release notes, change logs, and system knowledge assets to support system updates and enhancements. Testing & Go-Live Support Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, test cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT sign-off documentation. Support business users during UAT and go-live through documentation support, requirement clarifications, and defect analysis. Assist with post–go-live documentation updates and system stabilization activities. Training & Knowledge Enablement Develop end-user manuals, administrator guides, and quick reference materials. Prepare training presentations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles to support user adoption. Other Tasks and Accountabilities Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards.

Position Requirements Education, Experience & Professional Certifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 2 years of experience in enterprise system documentation or business analysis.
Professional Certification: Certification in Business Analysis, Documentation, Process Management is a plus.
