Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant with experience in Exchange or Real Estate Development, located in Dubai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and carrying out financial analysis. The candidate will also handle budgeting, auditing, and assist with financial strategy and decision-making to support business objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing processes Familiarity with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements Expertise in accounting software and tools relevant to the role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines Prior experience in the exchange or real estate development industry is required (minimum 2 years) Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred to meet diverse client needs Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus
