Customer relationship management – Handling customer calls, queries, and requests. Verifying daily vehicle Loadout - Checking and verifying physical vehicle load with the Distribution software in the morning hours, resolve issues if any, ensure all apps are switched on before the trucks leave. Conduct daily toolbox talk – Uniform, cleanliness, vehicle status. Ensure all Distribution Trucks leave as per schedule – Report delays. Track daily vehicle movement and take corrective actions to ensure optimum utilization of resource. Check app to ensure every truck has reached the respective route in time. Check whether daily schedules are being followed and all customers met. Ask questions if some customers are left out and cross verify the reasons. Ensure all empty bottles are brought back and matches with the total bottles loaded in the morning. Any deviations to be reported on missing empty bottles. Breakage analysis, dirty bottle analysis. Zero consumption analysis and generate report after cross verification with customers. Attending incoming customer/office calls as and when necessary. Customer data updating – Updating customer data as requested from Culligan Customer application / Driver Application. Handling Customer Asset - Verifying, tracking and approving customer asset issuance request (Coolers & Empty bottles) from distribution software driver application. Daily verification of deliveries made by the delivery team to ensure all customers scheduled for the day have been met and supplied with the required quantity of water bottles. Conduct random calls to customers to cross-check the actual delivered quantity with the numbers filled in the daily settlement report by the delivery team and inform higher authorities for anomalies, if any. Supporting admin and operations related activities for the BW distribution staff.
