We’re looking for a Retail Pro POS Support Expert to:
Lead the implementation and deployment of Retail Pro POS systems. Provide expert-level support to troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues. Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration across retail locations. Train end-users and collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance system functionality.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience with Retail Pro POS implementation and support. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.
Preferred: Retail Pro certification (or similar POS systems). Experience with hardware components and system integrations.
