About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Executive - Treasury to join Dubai Holding Real Estate. The job holder will perform Treasury related tasks for efficient functioning for Treasury within specified department timelines while following DHRE policies and procedures. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Liaise with the banks for any transaction related queries. Provide critical support in liquidity management with respect to preparation of daily, weekly and month cash positions, validating the AP cash calls received, FD placements, upstream of funds to DH and arrange funding of AP disbursement of accounts. Closely work with GS (rasising requests, followups and closure) of various request raised. Intimate / Follow up with the respective AR/AP/GL teams for the pending entries in the BRS. Open Escrow accounts and arrange bank guarantees, prepare letters for signatory changes, account closures, etc Ensure that newly opened bank accounts are properly setup in Oracle (cash management and GL) Carry out month end closing activities from Treasury perspective. Create monthly and quarterly reports as required. Liaise with external auditors for the execution of external audit requirements Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding company, employee, and client financial information. Other duties and special projects as assigned by the line manager and provide relevant information as may be required. Perform any other adhoc tasks assigned.
About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Graduate Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent Functional Knowledge preferred in Oracle System/equivalent accounting system Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ in Bank Reconciliations or similar experience as an Accounts or Finance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and highly competent data entry skills (In both speed and accuracy). Functional understanding of Oracle. Attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage high volume of work with minimal direct supervision and address changes without disrupting schedules. Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly and work independently. Strong verbal & written communication skills preferred. Must be a team player, with ability to work in fast paced environment, utilizing multi-tasking skills. Organizational skills required; meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
