AL FARES INTERNATIONAL TENTS LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Safety Manager to lead and manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities across our project sites and operations in Dubai.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and client requirements Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks Identify hazards related to temporary structures, tents installation, and lifting operations Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and clients on safety matters Promote a strong safety culture across all operations🔹 Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (UAE experience preferred) Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory) Strong knowledge of Dubai / UAE HSE regulations Experience in construction, events, or temporary structures is an advantage Good communication and leadership skills🔹 What We Offer:Competitive salary package Professional growth opportunities Work with a well-established organization in the UAE
