Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes. Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees. Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits programme in line with market standards. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

Previous experience in a similar HR role within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices. A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
