Danube Properties is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities Generate qualified leads through referrals and convert them into sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners. Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions. Track referrals, closures, and commissions, and maintain accurate MIS. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5–15 years of experience preferably in Banking/Insurance/Hospitality/tourism/Automobile industry. Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of lead generation and sales closure.
