Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Manager based in Dubai. The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and training employees to ensure alignment with the company’s goals & guidelines. The role will involve planning and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. Additional responsibilities include handling performance management processes, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a culture aligned with NDS core values of trust and collaboration.
Qualifications
Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies Strong knowledge of labor regulations, compliance policies, and conflict resolution Experience in organizational structure planning, payroll management, and benefits administration Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills Analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities Proficiency in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in multinational businesses or diverse industries is an advantage Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD)
