About the Opportunity

You might be a recent graduate or have a few years of experience. We don’t care about your tenure; we care about your DNA.
You have "Presence": You know how to walk into a room and hold a conversation. You are articulate, well-groomed, and confident. You have High EQ (Emotional Intelligence): You can read a room. You know when to speak and when to listen. You understand that luxury is about feelings, not just transactions. You are "Unpolluted": You are eager to learn the Sarab way of doing business, which is personal, detailed, and exceptional. You are Fearless: The idea of speaking to a VIP client excites you; it doesn’t scare you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identifying HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals), corporate partners, and luxury stakeholders who should be working with Sarab. Outreach & Prospecting: Using Linked In, social circles, and events to initiate high-level conversations. (No scripts, no spam, just genuine, smart networking). The "Opener": Securing meetings with decision-makers. You are the tip of the spear. Sales Pipeline Management: Tracking your leads from the first "Hello" to the final handshake.
Compensation & Rewards:
This internship may lead to a full-time position after the probation period. Because at SARAB, we value the art of business. We also offer a commission structure even in the internship period. Our model is designed to significantly reward those who successfully secure high-value partnerships and expand our clientele of visionaries.
Qualifications
Analytical Vision: Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify where "fine art" can solve a business problem. Elite Communication: Exceptional poise and communication skills, capable of engaging high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers. The "Hunter" Mindset: A demonstrated track record in Lead Generation and executing business development strategies. Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and modern presentation platforms. Sector Expertise ( Highly advantageous) Proven experience/network in at least one key sector: Production agencies, Government Mar Comms, Tourism, Hospitality, Architecture, or Luxury Real Estate.
