Job Details

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (80%) Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies. Handle high-volume, specialist, and leadership hiring. Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies. Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience. Track and report key recruitment metrics. Manage recruitment vendors and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. HR Operations & Administration (20%) Support onboarding, employee records, and HR systems. Coordinate with payroll, PRO, and admin teams for accurate employee data. Assist with employee lifecycle processes, HR audits, and compliance activities. Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management. Exposure to HR operations and knowledge of local labor laws preferred.
