Job Title: Property Consultant Location: Dubai Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our client dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing personalized guidance while achieving sales targets. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities:Engage and qualify Persian/Gujarati-speaking clients to understand their property needs. Present, promote, and showcase residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals. Develop strong client relationships and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools. Represent the company at property exhibitions and events. Stay updated on real estate market trends and developer offerings. Qualifications & Skills:Fluency in English. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Customer-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients. Prior real estate or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
