About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract to support paid advertising, content creation, and performance marketing initiatives across our hospitality / vacation-rental portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for an early-career marketer with strong design skills, a passion for digital marketing, and experience working with paid ads and performance data. You’ll support paid media campaigns while also creating ad creatives, marketing content, and listing assets, working closely with revenue, and operations teams.
What You’ll DoPaid Media & Performance Marketing Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok, and You Tube Support full-funnel marketing campaigns focused on driving direct bookings and qualified leads Help with keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring Monitor daily performance and assist with optimizations around bids, creatives, and targeting Support A/B testing of ad copy, visuals, and audiences Content Creation & Design Create paid ad creatives (static, basic motion, short-form video) for social and display campaigns Design marketing assets for listings, campaigns, and digital channels Optimize property listings through copywriting and image selection Support visual content production, including coordination for photoshoots Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards Marketing Operations & Analysis Track and organize performance metrics across paid channels and OTAsUse impressions, clicks, and conversion data to support marketing decisions Assist in analyzing website and booking funnels to improve conversion Support reporting with weekly performance summaries and insights Help maintain dashboards, trackers, and campaign documentation
What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or growth marketing Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and basic analytics Strong design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) Good copywriting skills with awareness of SEO and keyword usage Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Interest in hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, or lifestyle brands Nice to Have (Not Required):Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, or conversion tracking Basic video editing skills (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts) Prior exposure to OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
