Your Mission As a Sales Manager at Apgar, you will lead sales performance in the UAE/ GCC market (exc. KSA), implementing the company's sales strategy aligned with group marketing and sales objectives. You drive client portfolio development, optimize customer satisfaction, protect and enhance the Apgar brand image, and contribute to continuous process improvements and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Execution Translate the group's sales strategy into actionable plans for the UAE market, including account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation with marketing, and partner relationships for new opportunities. Drive new customer acquisition and increase revenue from existing clients through cross-selling, upselling, and proactive account management.
Client and Performance Management Enhance customer satisfaction via structured approaches, monitoring KPIs like NPS and satisfaction surveys, and implementing corrective actions. Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data reliability, with regular reporting to leadership; manage the UAE sales team by motivating, monitoring objectives, and developing skills. Business Improvement Suggest enhancements to sales processes, lead generation, and operational mission execution; collaborate with marketing and sales reps to refine positioning based on field feedback Ensure quota achievement through booked consulting value (advisory, implementation, managed services, AI solutions), with tiered commissions on performance levels. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10+ years in sales of which 5+ in leadership roles, ideally in IT services, consulting, data/AI solutions; proven track record selling complex integrations, managed services, and AI in UAE/GCC markets. Results-oriented with strong operational and strategic skills, business-savvy in client relations, stakeholder management, team leadership, and pipeline forecasting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; fluent in English, Arabic preferred; experienced in CRM tools, sales processes, and market positioning.
