Core Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the end-to-end process of setting up businesses in the UAEEvaluate client needs and recommend the most suitable jurisdiction and license type (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, cost estimates, and business setup plans Liaise with government authorities, free zone officials, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth setup and documentation Keep clients updated throughout each stage of the business formation process Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to ensure timely completion of client objectives Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools Stay informed on changes in UAE laws, procedures, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
Strong understanding of licensing structures, legal requirements, and visa processes across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Multi lingual such as French, German, Turkish, Russian etc. is an added advantage. Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations and building trust with clients Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM platforms Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sales mindset
