Your key duties
The Public Health Engineer plays a critical role in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This role is responsible for managing complex tasks and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project success. Additionally, this position contributes to the continuous improvement of organizational processes and the development of sustainable strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address technical challenges. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives. Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance team capabilities. Budget Management: Contributing to budget development and monitoring project expenditures. Construction Support: Providing technical support during construction and conducting site visits. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed documentation of designs and reports. Research and Development: Leading research initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation. Training and Development: Conducting training sessions and staying informed about emerging trends.
Your Skills And Experience
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the relevant discipline. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively. Advanced proficiency in technical tools and software related to the role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends. Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Extensive experience in public health engineering projects. In-depth knowledge of water supply, sewage, and drainage systems design.
