Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant, based in Dubai with the option for some remote work. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating travel plans, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and delivering high-quality customer service to clients. Collaborating closely with customers, the Travel Consultant will ensure all travel needs and preferences are met efficiently and professionally. Additional responsibilities may include staying updated on travel industry trends, assisting with problem resolution, and ensuring a smooth booking process.
Qualifications Expertise in Travel Consulting, including the ability to plan and organize travel itineraries effectively Proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements processes Skill in Customer Service with strong communication abilities to provide an exceptional client experience Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring accuracy in booking systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Familiarity with travel industry software or reservation systems is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Relevant certifications or a degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
