Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a JCB Backhoe Operator, located in the United Arab Emirates. The JCB Backhoe Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining backhoe machinery to perform excavation, loading, grading, and material movement tasks. The operator will ensure the safe and efficient use of equipment and follow project specifications while maintaining high safety standards. The role involves collaborating with the team to complete construction and excavation tasks within project deadlines.
Qualifications
Experience in operating JCB Backhoe machinery with proficiency in excavation, digging, and loading techniques Knowledge of equipment maintenance and minor repair skills Understanding of construction site safety protocols and guidelines Ability to read and interpret site plans and operating instructions Strong attention to detail and focus on safe operations Prior experience in excavation or construction projects is preferred Valid heavy equipment or machinery operating license applicable in the UAEGood communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
