We are seeking a Senior Associate – Transfer Pricing to join our tax advisory team in the UAE. This client-facing role offers hands-on exposure to transfer pricing documentation, economic analysis, and UAE corporate tax compliance, working closely with Managers and Directors.
Key Responsibilities Prepare transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File) in line with UAE and OECD requirements Perform functional and economic analyses, including benchmarking studies Support UAE corporate tax and TP disclosures, including CbCRDraft technical memos and correspondence with tax authorities Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and support junior team members Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements3–6 years’ experience in transfer pricing or tax advisory (Big 4 or top-tier firm preferred) Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and OECD TP Guidelines Hands-on experience with TP studies and compliance Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
