Flender Group is a dynamic fashion retail company partnering with strong international brands. Among them, Carhartt WIP stands as an iconic label at the intersection of workwear heritage, street culture and contemporary menswear. As we prepare to open our first and new Carhartt WIP corner at Galerie Lafayette, Dubai Mall, we are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Corner Manager to lead this exciting launch. This is more than a retail management role — it’s an opportunity to build and represent one of the most respected names in global streetwear culture for the first time in the middle east.
The Role As Corner Manager, you will take full ownership of the space and act as a true brand ambassador. You will:• Lead the daily operations of the Carhartt WIP corner• Deliver a premium, on-brand customer experience• Drive sales performance and actively engage on the floor• Monitor KPIs (sell-out, conversion, ATV, turnover)• Manage stock, replenishment and inventory accuracy• Ensure visual merchandising excellence in line with global guidelines• Recruit, train and motivate the team when needed• Build strong relationships with Galerie Lafayette management• Provide qualitative feedback to support growth and local relevance You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where agility and ownership are key.
The Profile We are looking for someone who lives and understands menswear culture.• 4–5+ years of retail experience (menswear, streetwear or workwear preferred)• Previous experience managing a store or corner is a strong plus• Strong sales mindset and customer engagement skills• Confident with KPIs and performance analysis• Solid visual merchandising experience• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)• Organized, proactive and business-oriented• Comfortable in a startup-minded structure• Passionate about fashion, culture and brand storytelling
