Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Specialist to provide strategic advisory services to clients on company formation, corporate structuring, and UAE visa processes. The role entails managing end-to-end business setup solutions across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless and client-focused experience. The successful candidate will guide clients through each stage of the setup process, offering expert advice, efficient coordination, and high standards of service excellence. Qualifications And Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Setup Specialist within the UAE jurisdiction. In-depth knowledge of UAE company incorporation laws, regulations, and procedural requirements. Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills. Excellent understanding of UAE visa processes, immigration procedures, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management Manage client requests efficiently and ensure high standards of service delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships. Provide regular updates and ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns.
2. Client Advisory Advise clients on UAE company formation options in the UAE jurisdiction. Recommend optimal legal structures, licensing categories, and jurisdictions. Explain regulatory requirements, timelines, and costs clearly to clients.
3. Company Formation & Licensing Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage in collaboration with Government Liaison Officer. Coordinate trade name reservations, initial approvals, Memorandum of Association (MOA) preparation with the lawyers, and license issuance procedures. Liaise effectively with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), free zone and offshore authorities, and other relevant government entities to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
4. Visa & Immigration Coordinate investor, employment, and family visa processes in collaboration with the Government Liaison Officer to ensure efficient and compliant processing. Advise clients on visa quotas, eligibility requirements, and expected timelines, providing clear guidance throughout the application process.
Additional Qualifications:Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license.
