Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Manager to lead and mentor our team of agents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales or management, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets while maintaining the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of real estate agents to maximize sales performance. Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure accountability. Develop strategies to improve client acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performance team culture. Provide guidance on client interactions, negotiations, and property management. Liaise with senior management to align team goals with company objectives. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate management, sales leadership, or team supervision. Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including residential and/or commercial sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and drive a diverse team to exceed goals. Organized, goal-oriented, and strategic in decision-making.
