We are seeking a Smart Mobility Solutions Lead to spearhead transformative transport projects and lead our mobility solutions department in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, influence national transport strategies, and deliver smart, sustainable, and AI-powered mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated mobility strategies aligned with national and regional visions. Lead ITS architecture, traffic management systems, and control center planning. Oversee multiple high-impact projects from conception to delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timeliness. Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary mobility solutions team. Advise on Smart Mobility PPPs and concession models to support innovative project delivery. Integrate digital and AI-driven traffic solutions to enhance urban mobility performance. Collaborate closely with government entities, municipalities, and private developers. Support tender submissions and lead technical proposals for strategic mobility initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in smart mobility, ITS, or transport planning projects. Strong project management and departmental leadership experience. Expertise in traffic management, mobility demand modeling, and digital/AI mobility solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Relevant academic background in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or related field.
