The primary purpose of the AGMC BMW Sales Executive role is to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets by delivering exceptional customer experience that aligns with the BMW brand.

Roles and Responsibilities Present and demonstrate the BMW product range to meet individual customer needs and expectations. Ensure that the entire customer journey, including quotations, offers, test drives, and reviews, aligns with BMW brand standards. Make vehicle deliveries a memorable experience by providing comprehensive explanations of all features and benefits. Collect and compile market data on competitive brands to support business planning and decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through ethical sales methods and personalized interactions. Ensure the accurate processing of all paperwork and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures. Adhere to pricing structures and administrative requirements to maintain consistency and transparency. Liaise with banks and insurance companies to secure favorable deals for both customers and the company. Ensure timely receivables from the market, minimizing financial risks and maintaining cash flow efficiency. Work closely with Service, Parts, Finance, and New Car Sales departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Maintain high professional standards of communication with customers before, during, and after the sales process. Comply with company policies, procedures, BMW QMA and ISO standards, as well as Health & Safety regulations and the ethical code of conduct.
