About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Learning & Development Department in Dubai, the Intern is responsible to coordinate and support the development and delivery of effective learning and development programmes and initiatives, support quality assurance activities, uphold and promote our company’s values and standards. L&D Intern reports to the Director of Learning & Development.

As an L&D Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Coordinate, schedule, and communicate all learning and development activities. Maintain accurate records, reports, training materials, and filing systems. Promote a strong learning culture and ensure notice boards/screens are always updated. Keep the L&D office and learning spaces organized, clean, and well‑stocked with required stationery. Support monthly Department Trainers meetings, including taking and distributing minutes. Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and maintaining documentation accurately.

As an L&D Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:
