Job Title : Technical Specialist Location : Dubai Skills : Talend, SQL, Data Analytics, Red Shift DB with Retail knowledge. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high‑performance ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration architectures. Optimize existing data platforms, resolving architectural and performance gaps. Drive development of enterprise data models, data marts, and data warehousing solutions. Own end‑to‑end data architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers. Define data engineering standards, best practices, and reusable architectural patterns. Architect cloud‑based data solutions on AWS and Azure using services like AWS Glue and Azure Data Factory. Integrate and optimize big‑data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. Establish data governance frameworks including lineage, cataloguing, metadata, and quality controls. Lead data security architecture to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance. Provide architectural guidance on data quality, validation, and master data management. Partner with cross‑functional teams to align data architecture with business priorities. Mentor data engineers and provide technical oversight. Communicate architectural concepts effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Data Architect, Senior Data Engineer, or equivalent role. Strong expertise in designing and architecting ETL/ELT systems. Advanced proficiency in Python, Scala, and SQL. Solid experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow. Hands on architectural experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and cloud native integration tools (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory).
