Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Transportation Coordinator (driver) role based in Dubai. The role of Transport Coordinator (driver), will be responsible for Augustus Media is to work with the operations team, combining traditional roles such as PRO, driver, receivables, transport management of vehicles looking after employees transport requirement for client meetings and supporting branding activity at commercial events. We are looking for a disciplined and motivated individual.
Job Description PRO duties liaising with government agencies for attestations, visa applications, and other company documents Managing collections and receivables such as supplies, post, cheques etc Looking after the company vehicles such as services, etc Taking team members to and from client meetings Looking after brand assets delivery, set up and collection at media partnership events
Qualifications Based in Dubai Administration skills including typing, Microsoft office and Google Drive Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
