ZIGChain is a purpose built blockchain that aims to enable every yield onchain, accessible to retail and institutions alike. Our edge comes from ecosystem orchestration of distribution, regulatory licenses, and the ability to turn Web2 fintech companies into Web3 powerhouses, with tokenization being the key pillar. Already, over a dozen founders are building on us, from simple trading apps to advanced RWA looping engines, creating an ecosystem that eases investments for everyone. Zig Chain is Founder-led and operating at the intersection of deep blockchain tech, developer ecosystems, and financial markets. Founders (CEO and Chief Commercial Officer) are visionaries with a very strong grasp of deep tech, product strategy, market narrative, communities, partnerships, and financial markets. We are hiring a COO to own execution, scale the operating system to help founders drive the next stage of growth and innovation.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Own a world-class, high-performance operating system that enables exponential growth Help build high-performance organisation to drive execution excellence Design and enforce operating rhyme and rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to drive a sense of urgency, speed and intense execution. Translate strategy into coherent execution plans Ensure prioritisation, focus, clarity, alignment, clear ownership, timelines, and accountability Kill distractions, noise and ambiguity faster.
2. Run the GTM Execution Engine You own how GTM actually works. Strategy and Narrative will be mostly owned by Founders. Run sales, marketing and partnership execution Own Revops, tooling, funnel/pipelines, processes, reporting etc with a lens of unified customer and partner journey to bring transparency/predictability, operational excellence and improved customer experience Ensure coherent prioritisation and execution with speed and efficiency. Build scalable onboarding and promise delivery engine for developers, partners, and institutions
3. Contain and Channel Energy Absorb high-energy inputs from Founders Convert their demand and strategic door-opening into prioritized execution Prevent randomization of priorities, team and execution while preserving entrepreneurial DNA 4. Create Cross-Functional Alignment Product, Engineer, GTM, Dev Rel, Success, G&A Resolve conflicts decisively Ensure the org optimizes and scales globally.
5. Be the Adult in the Room Say “no†when needed, even to founders Make unpopular but correct decisions Create trust through consistency
Must haves: Obsessed to drive quality execution at scale Scrappy, hands-on, passionate and self-driven. Takes extreme ownership Structured and logical thinking with bias for results in the short and long term. Can think macro, micro, systems and trenches. Can bring execution clarity and momentum amid macro ambiguity. Can translate abstract ideas and projects into specific tactical plans. Understand the right balance between under vs over enterprising. Low ego but have a backbone to take quality decisions Respected by both commercials and tech teams. Experience to work with remote teams Must have knowledge of the financial industry, and ideally have spent time on sales/product management. Ideally in new age fintech. Bonus to have specific digital asset & tokenization knowledge
