Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Foreman located in the United Arab Emirates. The Installation Foreman will oversee the installation of kitchen, closet, and door systems, leading a team to ensure accurate execution based on design specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks on-site, inspecting materials and installations for quality compliance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all work meets safety standards. The role requires effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to a high standard of workmanship. Qualifications Experience in installation and assembly of interior doors, kitchens, and closets using materials such as , WPC, wood, and aluminum Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, floor plans, and manuals Leadership and management skills to lead installation teams and oversee projects Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for installation challenges Knowledge of workplace safety standards and ability to enforce these during on-site operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to adapt to diverse projects and client needs Previous relevant experience in a supervisory or foreman role is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree or vocational certifications in construction, carpentry, or related fields are a plus
