Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Business Development Executive. The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans for market expansion, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, driving sales growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate performance, and develop data-driven strategies. Excellent communication skills for building relationships, negotiating deals, and presenting business proposals effectively. Proficiency in business planning and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base. Project management experience to oversee various initiatives and ensure timely and successful delivery. Self-motivation, a result-driven mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a sales or business development role, especially in the FMCG or retail sector, is a plus.
