👤 Candidate Profile• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off-plan)• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills• Excellent communication and client relationship management• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market• RERA certification preferred• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
🔑 Your Role• Manage property sales and leasing transactions from start to finish• Generate and convert leads into successful deals• Build and maintain strong client relationships• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities• Conduct property viewings and presentations• Work closely with the marketing team to maximize exposure and lead generation• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems• Stay up to date with market trends and new project launches
