Role Description This is a part-time, remote position for a Maintenance Manager. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing and repairing equipment, and leading teams to ensure operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are effectively maintained and optimized, meeting safety standards and best practices in maintenance management.
Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively. Proficiency in Equipment and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime. Experience in Maintenance Management, including developing schedules, monitoring performance, and resource allocation. Expertise in Maintenance and Repair of various equipment and tools used in production facilities. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and standard operating procedures within a production environment. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setup. Background in the garment or textile industry is a plus. Technical certification or diploma in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
