We are looking for an Experienced Real Estate Accountant to join the team at ERE Homes.
Salary up to 10,000AED depending on experience.
Key duties include reconciliations, managing AP/AR, month-end closing, and providing financial analysis to support management decisions. Candidates typically require a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 3–7 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and P&L statements. VAT & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, file VAT returns, and stay updated on local regulatory requirements. Month-End Close: Execute month-end, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections. Analysis & Reporting: Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management. Audit Support: Prepare documentation and assist with internal/external audits.
Required Qualifications & Skills Must be a Chartered Accountant Experience: 3–7 years of professional real estate accounting experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books) and advanced Excel skills. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS and UAE tax laws (VAT). Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for a diverse, multicultural work environment.
