Role Description This full-time on-site role for a Project Lead is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Lead will oversee all aspects of real estate development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery on schedule and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with construction standards, managing timelines and resources, and overseeing communication with stakeholders. The role also involves mitigating project risks, conducting regular reviews, and fostering collaboration between teams to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications Proven experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Technical expertise in construction processes and compliance requirements, with the ability to manage on-site operations effectively. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software, and familiarity with real estate industry standards and trends. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus. Prior experience working within the real estate or construction sectors in the Middle East is preferred. Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering quality results on time and within budget.
