About the Role
The CRM Strategy & Insights Manager ensures every campaign and journey delivers measurable business impact.
You will translate data into actionable insights, guide campaign optimization, and strengthen the connection between marketing activity, customer behavior, and revenue outcomes. This role manages the CRM Manager and sits within the Marketing team, working closely with Product Marketing Managers and the Brand Manager.
Position Scope
Here are just a few of the ways you'll make an impact:Lead performance analytics — track, interpret, and improve campaign and journey KPIs to ensure marketing investment translates into measurable engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Build insight frameworks — develop clear reporting dashboards on databricks and power BI that make performance trends visible and actionable and show impact real time. Lead testing and optimization strategy — define testing logic (A/B, timing, channel mix), monitor journey health, and guide personalization strategies. Turn data into decisions — Present data-driven recommendations to PMMs and Brand to improve engagement, retention, and ARPU. Ensure data integrity: Partner with the Data team to validate datasets, maintain consistent KPI definitions, and application of the experimentation framework. Mentor and guide the CRM Manager: Provide direction on strategy, targeting logic, and performance priorities to ensure flawless operational delivery. Partner with Product Marketing & Brand — evaluate campaign impact, test new approaches, and ensure every initiative is backed by insight rather than intuition. Champion data-driven marketing culture — coach marketers on reading dashboards, interpreting results, and using insights to refine messaging and targeting. Report to leadership — deliver monthly campaign impact reports and strategic recommendations highlighting opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Required Skills & Profile
Here are the qualities that will make you a perfect fit:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.5+ years of CRM, marketing intelligence, or growth analytics experience in digital or fintech environments. Advanced ability to build, interpret and visualize data from Databricks, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools. Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Proven experience managing CRM platforms (Clevertap, Braze, or similar) at a strategic level. Excellent communication skills; able to present data narratives to senior leadership. Collaborative mindset; capable of guiding and upskilling execution-focused CRM team members. SQL experience
Nice-to-have
Experience in B2C mobile apps, e-commerce, or subscription-based business models. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and marketing attribution modeling.
