The Role
As the face of our showroom, you will be responsible for turning visitors into long-term clients. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from the first "hello" to the final delivery of high-end gym installations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with walk-in customers and following up on leads.
Expert Advice: Provide professional consultations on gym layouts, equipment functionality, and fitness trends.
Showroom Excellence: Maintain a high-energy, pristine showroom environment where every piece of equipment is "demo-ready."
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, personal trainers, and home-fitness enthusiasts.
Seamless Logistics: Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and professional equipment installation.
