Job description
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead execution of fit-out and technology-integrated projects from planning to delivery.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end execution of projects involving fit-out, digital installations, and interactive systems
- Review drawings, site conditions, materials, and implementation requirements
- Coordinate between design, technical teams, suppliers, and contractors
- Manage timelines, site activities, reporting, approvals, and handovers
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Handle site challenges, changes, and execution risks
What we are looking for
- Engineering background with hands-on fit-out project experience
- Strong project planning, coordination, and reporting skills
- Good understanding of drawings, materials, and site processes
- Ability to work with both technical teams and clients
- Strong problem-solving and ability to manage pressure on-site
- Experience in UAE projects and site coordination is preferred
- Exposure to AV, LED, interactive systems, or smart technologies is a plus

- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle required
