We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Lead to spearhead business development for our Furniture Delivery & Installation vertical across the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections within furniture retailers, marketplaces, manufacturers, and e-commerce players, with proven expertise in selling logistics, white-glove delivery, and installation solutions.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Drive revenue growth for Furniture Delivery & Installation services across UAE and GCC markets. Identify, target, and onboard new clients including furniture retailers, marketplaces, e-commerce players, manufacturers, and B2B accounts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures. Manage strategic account growth and client retention initiatives. Market Expansion Support expansion into new GCC markets including KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and pricing benchmarks. Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings/geographies. Solution Selling & Coordination Understand client operational requirements and propose customized delivery/installation solutions. Work closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure service feasibility and smooth onboarding. Coordinate implementation and launch of new client accounts. Performance Management & Reporting Maintain healthy sales pipeline and CRM discipline. Track sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular market intelligence and business updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.3–5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in logistics, last-mile, furniture retail, or installation services. Proven track record in selling furniture delivery, installation, or home services. Strong network within UAE/GCC furniture retail / marketplace ecosystem preferred. Experience in GCC market expansion/business setup is an advantage.
